On Saturdays and Thursdays we offer opportunities for different members of the family to take different classes at the same time and we also offer childcare during select general classes, please call or email us to reserve a spot!

Prenatal Plus Baby and Me YogaMommy and Me

In addition to our general Yoga class offerings, we provide Prenatal Yoga classes to support you along the way through pregnancy. What follows is a powerful postpartum support program for you to process the transition into parenthood. As soon as you are ready to leave the house with your little one, you can come to Mindful Mamas Postpartum Support, to experience sacred community for this massive life transition, meditation techniques for all along the way, as well as mothering in awareness topics. And as early as 8 weeks old, we provide Yoga for the parent/caregiver and baby. This is to support the parent/caregiver: offering opportunities to meet other parents and babies while strengthening and supporting the postpartum, sleep-deprived body with specifically chosen movements, songs and activities to bond with your baby, and relaxation.

As babe grows, we grow with you. Little Bean & me is still focused on the parent/caregiver, giving kiddos the model for yoga, YOU! Our little ones learn by witnessing what we do. This class includes some strength building poses, breath-work, and relaxation, as well as fun and practical ways to incorporate yoga at home for those days when you are all going stir crazy!

Classes for Our Younger YogisKids Yoga

As they get off and running, they advance to Yoga Beginnings for Toddlers. A class where they are the focus, with you in tow getting your yoga on too, in a totally fun and energetic class together. This class is a great way to stay in shape to keep up with your toddler as you partner with your toddler in simple animated poses, games, art, music and breathing exercises that help to strengthen coordination and build body awareness . Once kid(s) are 4 years old, they advance to their OWN yoga class, Yoga for the Young Child. With a great foundation from our younger classes, now they are ready to fly solo in with their instructor.

Yoga for Kids 8 and upKids Yoga

As children continue to grow, we offer Yoga Adventures for kids from 8-12 years of age. Here classes begin to shift their focus further, from improving strength, flexibility, and coordination to focusing on centering with various breathing and visualization techniques. They will also learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun and challenging poses, partner and group poses, lots of yoga games, breathing and basic anatomy.

Yoga for the Whole FamilyYoga for the Family

Throughout your whole experience at Yoga Parkside, we provide a weekly chance for the WHOLE FAMILY to be involved. We love families of all sorts – your family can only be defined by you. Bring anyone you love and have fun! All yogis age 3 and up are welcome in this class.* Family yoga classes are an opportunity to chuck the to-do list and simply enjoy each other and moving in our bodies. Activities include age-appropriate poses, breathing exercises, relaxation, partner poses between parent and child, and cooperative games. Our Family Yoga classes include postures for the whole family, including age- and intensity level-appropriate variations to accommodate all of the students in the class and make sure that everyone has fun.

Summer Camp, Birthday Parties and MORE

And outside of the classes, we have regular community events for all ages, family meditations, pop up classes during holidays and school breaks, camps in the summer AND we offer Birthday Parties that include a yoga class and optional craft. Email us at to learn more or book a party!

A part of the North Buffalo community since 2014, it has occupied a historically significant building in partnership with Parkside Lutheran Church.
