"Teach Me to Fish" FREE event

Sunday, April 25th - Jimmy Griffin Memorial "Teach Me to Fish” Event at the Bison City Rod & Gun Club, 511 Ohio St, Buffalo, NY. (2:00 -4:00 pm)

A free hands-on seminar with outdoor writer, Forrest Fisher, for kids AND parents. Come learn about fishing, kids will have hands-on rod and reel demonstrations, knot learning, lure rigging, hands-on fishing, get free area fishing maps and free Sahlen’s hot dog and ice cream dessert lunch.

Special activities include fish feeding as kids can help the staff feed 10,000 steelhead fingerlings being raised in floating pens on the rejuvenated Buffalo River. 50 FREE rod/reel fishing outfits for kids in attendance. Every child present will win a fishing prize! (For more info, call 716-652-2256)
